Heloc - desktop valuation

Does anyone have experience with HELOCS and the desktop valuation? We have one and they did this to create a value, but I want more money available on the line, so if I wait for my property to appreciate more, can I ask for a new desktop valuation and if they decide it is higher they will increase my line? Thanks
