Self directed IRA references from BP
Has anyone used the references from the BP resources page for self directed IRA's? There are so many. Does anyone have experience with those on this list? I would like to convert my 401K to purchase real estate through a SDIRA. Mahalo

So I first used equitytrust IRA and now I have sense financial. You want a checkbook control one (like sense financial) not a custodian like equity trust. Equity trust is horrible. Sense financial is a bit glitchy and a pain to setup but its better than equity trust or another custodian. This is just my experience!
