Plastic bottle stuck in toilet trap

Okay folks, here's one for you to chew on this Tuesday morning. ;)

My tenant flushed a plastic bottle, about 4-5" long, about 1-2" in diameter down the toilet and clogged it.  It's most likely caught in the drain trap of the toilet.  The two snakes/augers I have each have a "blunt" end of coiled wire, so I am not sure they will work once I get to the job site.  I'm also concerned it might push the bottle deeper or into the main line, which may exacerbate my problem.

Does anyone have any "home remedies" for getting this out?  At this point, I do not have any information about which end went in first, or whether or not there is a top on it, or if the mouth is narrower that the diameter.

I'm thinking if I had an auger with a a bit with very coarse threads, I could bore into it and pull it out that way, but I am not sure such a product exists.

I plan on trying a fluted plunger first, then explore with a coat hanger to see how far in it is, but other than that I am open to suggestions.

Obviously, removing the toilet is the ultimate option, but I am trying to see if something clever, but less involved would work before then.

Would have been easier to just bring a new $100 toilet with you. 30 mins and done.

Hope you put a new wax ring on when you put the toilet back :)
