Lease End/Tenant Move Out Helpers

Jade Bryant
Posted

My property management company recently went AWOL on me. I now have 1 tenant due to move out in 28 days, and other due to be evicted in 35 days. I currently have no one to do a final walk-through and collect key from the tenants. I would do it myself, but these folks are disgruntled. I am hoping to learn about a service that will contact my tenants and learn about their move out plans. I'd also like for someone to collect keys from the tenants. Hoping someone out there can help. This property is in Chicago.

Do NOT try to hire someone off Craigslist, Fiverr, etc!

Anything related to tenants requires a real estate professional that has a license to lose if they screwup!!!
