Collecting Deposit Electronically
Hi all! I am new to the Bigger Pockets Platform. I am inquiring if anyone has a streamline system that helps them collect a deposit and first months rent electronically instead of the old school cashiers check ect.. I have tried Zelle, Cash app, and Venmo but that seems very limited on functionality. Please let me know what has worked for you, we have too many tenants and are expanding farther from our office in Sacramento to meet everyone in person to collect deposits. Thank you! I am so excited to get things started on these Forums.
