What platform do you use to collect rental payments?

What platform do you use to collect rent? What do you think about Zillow Rental Manager? Zillow is apparently free for landlords and charges renters a small fee if they pay by debit/credit card. It is free if they pay with ACH. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

yea i have to wait 7-10 days but it's free and if you build enough safety net the 7 days are pretty insignificant.

@Jared Hottle are you able to receive payments from apartments.com as soon as the tenant makes the Deposit, i have to wait about 7 days until it is in my account

I use apartments.com which sounds like the same setup. I tell renters they can either ACH it for free or get charged a convenience fee to use a card. all have decided on ACH. It is great because most set up payments and it takes it out automatically. The one thing to have a plan for is they do allow tenants to send partial payments and in my state a partial payment of any kind will stave off an eviction. My thought when I do run across this is to shut off payments entirely for the following month and inform them they must pay by check or money order in full from here on out. The ACH is super convenient.
