Best CRM for Landlords
Hi All,
I'm a self managing landlord with a portfolio of SFH and duplexes. I've been tracking stuff mostly through excel sheets and such that I have created. However, I'm at a point where I want to move toward being better organized/having everything in one place. I'm looking for a CRM with the following:
-The ability to save important documents such as leases, invoices from contractors etc (right now I have everything saved in files on my computer)
-The ability to receive payments
-Some accounting capabilities (tracking basic expenses, ROI, etc)
There's so many options on the market and I don't know what's best for my needs. Would love a recommendation!
