Two claims on policy, insurance dropped us; who will cover now?

Hello everyone! I just learned a harsh lesson regarding landlord/homeowners insurance policies. One of my investment properties had two, separate plumbing issues (wthin 2 years of one another) that we filed claims for. It turns out that our insurance carrier (Mercury) dropped us (issued a non-renewal) as a result.  Apparently most carriers will do this if you have two claims within a five-year period.  I now need to shop around for other coverage as my broker, AIS, cannot find any carrier that will provide us coverage. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what insurance company did you end up going with? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! The property is located in CA.  Thank you!
