Vacating property before sale in CA
I'm considering selling a home that is rented to a tenant on month-to-month lease who has been living here for 6+ years. I recognize that the tenant is owed a 60 day notice to vacate and am wondering if COVID related restrictions have any bearing on evicting the tenant. Is sale of a property still a valid reason to vacate a tenant in California?
