Notice of Eviction form - Minnesota

I'm just starting out managing my first multi-family investment property. The first order of business is to evict a tenant on a month-to-month lease so I can remodel the unit. The property is located in Minnesota. I'm looking for recommendations for a free online Notice of Eviction form. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated!

@Conor Rose if they’re on a month to month lease you don’t have to evict. Check your lease and provide them with the needed time (probably 30 days) for a notice of non renewal. Just send them notice that you will not be renewing their lease.
