Any rent-collection software / apps compliant with the NJ laws?

Avail doesn't state that they accept cash or checks. Neither does Cozy / Apartments.com, TenantClound, or TurboTenant. However, RentRedi does mention:

That has me leaning towards RentRedi as I'm preparing to list an apartment in the next few weeks. But I wanted to ask here to see whether any other similar services exist with that cash-or-check acceptance capability.

We are NJ landlords and we have 6 properties.  Here is what we´ve done to adjust to this law that came into effect after we´d been leasing to a few residents.

. At lease renewal, we did not offer to change anything with our existing residents.  They were all paying via Cozy.co (later taken over by Apartments.com, at which time we switched to Rentler.com, but that´s a whole other story)

. For new residents, we inform them in writing that "we ask that you pay via Rentler.com, our online rent portal. If you wish to pay by another means, please let us know and we can arrange for that."

. One of our residents chose not to pay digitally. We arranged for him to pay in cash, before the 1st of the month, to us in person.  We did not prefer this and this tenant recently chose to non-renew, having nothing to do with the payment structure. Thus, all our current residents pay us digitally.

. We understand that this new NJ law allows landlords to accept digital payments if residents agree to pay that way, just that we cannot require it from residents.
