Anyone have any advice on using Zillow Rental Manager to find a tenant for single family rental property?

I purchased an empty duplex in September.  Advertised on Facebook Market Place, Zumper, and Zillow.  I rented one side off Zillow and the other side off Facebook Market Place.  Both Quality Tenants.  However just from the past I get a lot less response off Zillow put prospects seem to be better qualified in general.
