Fake listing on FB Marketplace

Listed a vacant property on Zillow this morning and found a fake listing on Facebook Marketplace a few hours later.  Guy was from Peru listing my property on Facebook.  Any protections you are taking to prevent?

We had this discussion a few weeks ago. Watermarked photos help. You can do it pretty easily in PhotoShop. Other than that...

People in Peru are generally pretty superstitious. So what I would do is start a chat with him. See if you can get his name. Once you get him talking, tell him who you are and send him a video of you stabbing a black-haired male doll with a knitting needle. Then make a cross over the doll, say his name, and cut off its head in the video with a knife dripping fake blood. Say you're making up another doll of his mother.
