defects found on inspection
The property inspection report shows some defects in the Electrical, heating system, and AC duct defect.
I will need a plumber, AC technician, and Electrician to look into the issues. How can I estimate the repair cost so I can bargain with the seller about it

Like you said, hire a plumber, A/C tech, and electrician to provide estimates. A more experienced investor can usually estimate repairs without consulting licensed technicians, but it takes practice.
