Tips for finding STR property management clients

I have operated several personal short term rentals in both Seattle and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, have established systems and actually have hired an employee to manage the day to day operations, like managing bookings, messaging guests, updating dynamic pricing and what have you. My intention in 2022 is to step into property management and add a handful of short term rental clients in the Coeur d’Alene area to help manage their short term rentals. 

What are strategies for finding clients? I posted an add on Craigslist. What else? 

Has anyone had success reaching out to hosts through the Airbnb or VRBO app? Any tips or things to be aware of before I start reaching out to current listings? 

Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated!

@Kevin Douglas I'd try connecting with Realtors in the area that specialize in investment properties, specifically STR's. Clients ask me for referrals to property management all the time. Congrats on the new business!
