Showing a Property that is Currently Occupied by a Tenant

This will be the first time I have to put my property up for rent and do showings while it is currently occupied by a tenant. How is this typically handled? I am thinking about trying to do multiple showings on one day per week for maybe an hour or two as not to inconvenience the current tenant too much. I think showing the place every other day would be a little ridiculous. They will of course be given 24 hour notice no matter what. If I do find a tenant before the current tenant is gone, where do you meet to sign and go over the lease?

The current tenants are there until the middle of October. They were month-to-month and I gave them 30 days notice yesterday after they have been late with the rent for multiple months.
