Holden Beach, Ocean Isle or Oak Island?

I'm looking for an ocean front or 2nd row house to purchase as a short-term rental. For those in the area with experience do you have an opinion or guidance as to the best performing location, Holden, Ocean Isle or Oak Island?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

My wife and I love Oak Island. From a gross income perspective I think Holden is better but from a price point perspective Oak Island is better. Overall not a big difference from a cash on cash return perspective. Really depends on the area you like the best!
