Insurance Mediation Advice
Curious to see if anyone on here has gone through a mediation with an insurance company claim? We have a house that was damaged by a fire due to the neighbor's negligence. We're almost complete with the rebuild but the insurance adjusters are only paying about 75% of the actual costs to conduct the reconstruction of the property.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
