Hi. I am looking into purchasing a cash flow property in West Pullman. Actually, I'd like to be in Pullman, however, inventory appears to be low. Can anyone that knows the market please suggest best areas to invest in Chicago right now. I'd greatly appreciate it.

@Tory Gordon -  The Cook County recorder site (http://ccrecorder.org) will have all recorded documents such as deeds and mortgages. You'll get the owner info there along with other useful info. The Cook County Property tax site (https://www.cookcountypropertyinfo.com/) will have owner info and where the tax bill is mailed.

If the property is held in an LLC, you can look it up the LLC owner info by utilizing https://www.ilsos.gov/departments/business_services/corp.html

If you're looking for phone numbers and other info, you need to take the owners info you find and then skip trace to tray and get that data. Note that you need to run the phone number against the DNC registry to ensure you are within compliance.
