Strange report, the person makes over 3.5X rent and has only one account with 6 late payments and a terrible score?

Nope.  This tells me that even though there should be no reason to not pay the rent on time, this person has their own set of priorities...and paying the rent isn't one of them.

This one no, but would depend on the reason for this score.  I am responsible, but lost my job a few years back. My score dropped into the high 400s. It is nowhere near that now, but it didnt reflect me as a person, but my circumstances did. Now one account with 6 late payments..  This is a responsibility issue.  I would pass, but low score doesnt always  mean an irresponsible person.  I know we are in a credit score industry, but credit scores can be very misleading.

410 credit score? Yikes. I'd rather leave my rental empty than let someone that irresponsible live there.

We run a lot of credit reports every month for rentals we fill and it is rare we see a credit score in the 400's. That's really bad, do not consider this application under any circumstances.
