Seeking Experienced Condo Investor Advice & Mentoring!

I am new to investing (multifamily) and have seen an opportunity to purchase a couple buildings being sold together. One is a mixed use office/multifamily and the other is comprised of condos. I have no experience with condos and am seeking where to even begin to do my due dilligence, outside of reading blogs. Most blogs that I have seen pertain to owning a few condos in an HOA, but not the entire building. Your advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
