"Rehabbing" vs what?
I have a building behind my house that has four walls and a roof with minor electrical installed I'm converting into a one bedroom tiny house to rent. This technically isn't a "rehab" since it was never built. WHAT is the terminology used for such a build? "New build" doesn't seem accurate since I own it and I'm finishing it.
