Property Management Fees: Indy, ID

I'd love some feedback for what you all are paying property management fees in Indianapolis.  Are rent renewal fees of $350 standard now?  We have never paid them before and it's quite the sticker shock.  It means that we would have to raise rents over $30 per month to just break even, not even make a profit.  

If you have a company that is great and doesn't charge this fee, I'd also like to know.
