Series LLCs - And How Actually Implemented?

Mark Ziller
Posted

I would love to hear who is using series LLCs for real estate investing...and for those that do, some of the ways you have implemented them in practice, like:

  • Are you setting up a separate bank account for each property, or using a central management company?
  • If you are using a central management company, are you using the "base" (parent) LLC of the series, or a completely separate LLC or C-corp?
  • Assuming you are using QuickBooks, are you tracking your finances for the series in a single QB database, say using QuickBooks "projects" for each child cell?
  • Etc.

Thanks for sharing any information or advice.
