Hey everyone, 

My name is Brahan and I am a real estate investor in the Atlanta market. My wife has family in Sioux City, Iowa and I have gotten to know the area really well over the years. I am looking to invest out of state in the Sioux City particular in the Morningside area. Would love to connect with any investors in the area and also if any one has any input in investing in Sioux City. I want to focus on single family rentals right at the moment in that area.
