Evening all,
My realtor reached out and has informed me that one of her clients recently bought a duplex. Client (Owner of duplex) served an eviction letter and was met with a city letter stating their eviction process basically invalid. Are there any landlord friendly eviction lawyers out in LA county? I am also interested to know what the process maybe as I own a primary residents in LA county, which I'm thinking of renting by 2025 which is the year I leave California.
