Rent increase if additional person added to lease

Just signed rental agreement with 4 college kids. Now they are asking to add a 5th person. They pay utilities, but I do supply furniture. Do you increase rent?  Thank you.

Check your state laws firstly some states don't allow that, some states cap the amount you can increase per additional tenant as well
