1st timer trying to host Airbnb in Chicago. Can you help?
I own a 2-flat building in Chicago that I wanted to list on Airbnb. I applied for a registration number on the City of Chicago site for a Housing Share and was denied. The primary reason is due to the fact I this property isn't my primary residence. The city provided 10 days to appeal.
Does anyone have any experience or insight regarding Housing Shares in Chicago?
