First Time Buyer
Hi,
I'm new to this website (and to real estate). I've been doing research on real estate for a few months and my partner and I are interested in buying our first property. We want to use our first purchase (and one time using an FHA loan) to buy a multi-family unit. This will be our first experience buying as well as being landlords. I'm very interested in hearing anyone's opinion on buying multi-family unit(s), being a landlord, or just words of wisdom in real estate. I like to have as much information as possible. Thanks for any help you can provide.
