Rental Agreement Basics
Hey everyone! I am about to rent out my house and I wanted to rent for a certain price knowing it would be the 1 individual, however I am okay with 2 tenants. I was wondering if I could set a price for 1 tenant rental and a price for 2 tenant rental due to the increased risk in adding another tenant. Any thoughts or legal advice? Note: I am not looking for a room by room agreement
