Use of Rently for remote showings ?
Has anyone used a service with digital lockbox called "Rently" to do remote showings on a rental property? Did it work out well for you? Are there other companies that offer similar services / products to facilitate remote showings for a landlord with 1-4 properties? This one requires prospective tenants to put down a small security deposit ( I think $25 or $50) and then they can make a 30 minute appointment to view the house at any available time slot. The owner can potentially have it available for showings basically 7 days a week , 12 hours a day. Any replies would be appreciated ! :)
