Looking for attorney for notice to vavate

Hi everyone this is pretty straightforward.  We have a tenant that we let go month to month & now need them to sign a new one year lease so we can refinance.  They won't sign a one year so we are going to ask them to vacate.

just want to ensure we meet all the local county hoops we live in Snohomish County by Everett.
