First steps after buying occupied duplex oos
What are the first steps after you buy a duplex that is currently occupied and you live oos? Do you go meet with the tenants to set up a payment system? Call/write a letter? Leases are currently in place for the year. Looking for the best way to approach it and any tips for a somewhat new investor. Thanks
