Contractor Referral Request Fence & Concrete Repairs

Hi there my fellow BP Peers!  

Searching for the the following traits: 

Fencing:

I have a rental that has a wood back fence that needs repairs.  Does anyone have a referral who is reasonable?  

Concrete:

Also need a contractor who can either repair broken and rising concrete in the back patio or put a wooden deck on top of it. 

Type:  A single family ; rental property ; Same location located Corpus Christi, TX. Ideally would like one contractor to do both repairs, if at all possible.

Any leads would be very much appreciated!
