Cost of replacing Airconditioning unit

My property management company has just quoted around $5300 to replace an A/C unit for my 2BA/2BR apt in Texas they manage. 14 seer 2 ton R410A Goodman system. Note says they need to replace inside and outside unit. I have googled and not found it be more than $3k. I need some help validating this cost. I have asked for a breakdown of these charges to review before I approve. Does this sound reasonable. What else can I ask for after these repairs by way of receipts?
