Latchel from RentRedi... any good?
Hey everyone!
Does anybody have experience using Latchel, the maintenance request partnership that is available through RentRedi? $25/month for handling all maintenance requests and tenant calls, contractor dispatch etc. Have you found this service to be beneficial or not, and why or why not?
