Section 8 - Oklahoma City - Door and window size requirements.

Hello Everyone, 

I am in Oklahoma City, I adding rooms and windows to a rental property for Section 8.  Does anyone know: 

1. What are the size requirements for Doors and windows? 

2. Are the Section 8 Requirements rules by federal guidelines or by each individual state? What and where are they for I can take a look?
