How to start GA Eviction Process

Hi BP, 

I have a tenant who’s three months behind. This is my first time as a landlord experiencing this. Does anyone have any information on how to start the process in of eviction in GA, timeline or help. Thanks.

@Khadijah Oliver first thing is to do a pay or quit notice. It doesn't look like you are in the area, hire an attorney that specializes in evictions and get them out, You are 2 months 27 days late filing your pay or quit notice.
