This question is asked quite regularly, probably multiple times a day. The best method is the one that works for you. Online payments, ACH to your bank, deposit slips, drop box, etc.

I like innago.com and hemlane.com.  I use both, for whatever reason, some tenants pay on time on one and not the other.  I start them on Hemlane and if its not going smoothly and they are having any issues I switch them over to innago "as a favor"
