Scouting good land deals
When I think about buying land, the first thing that comes to mind is finding land somewhere that developers will eventually be interested in. I figure you go and get land somewhere on the highway where a gas station needs to go, and wait, or just put the station up yourself. Or you buy near where cities will be expanding.
Am I on the right track here???
