Smart Home devices and set for rental properties
Hello all!
For those of you that have smart home devices for your rental properties, what devices and/or setups do you use? Most of the smart locks and doorbell systems require accessible wifi, ideally I would like to limit reliance on wifi connections. Since the tenants would ideally pay for their own wifi, putting that equipment on their network would not be a viable option. Please share your thoughts and what you may use for doorbells, locks, and surveillance. Thanks!
