Is it the landlord's responsibility to provide the tenant with pest control and security cameras for a duplex? Are there any other responsibilities I need to be aware of?

google your State, County, and City/Town/Village "Landlord Tenant Laws". Also, what does your rental agreement state? Those would be two places to start your much needed research.
