Hey everyone. Have several properties in Atlantic County NJ and would like to see how people are moving forward with the LBP Inspection on tenant Turnover. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

We had a vacancy, which requires re-inspection in Florence. Town inspector would not green light our ability to rent without LFC, so we found a provider and completed the process. Was very unhappy with the short notice. We’ll be ready for future turns.
