Mid term rental how to structure the lease

I was able to acquire a seasonal rental on my vacation home. I have a US citizen adult that is meeting me to deliver a deposit and sign a lease this weekend. The situation is it will be 6 seasonal workers from Peru occupying the unit for 4 months. The person signing the lease and providing the deposit is a relative that lives in California. How should I structure the lease to ensure there are only 6 occupants?
