Has anyone here owned a property next to railroad tracks.
Just curious to know some pros and cons renting next to a railroad.
Does it effect your occupancy?
Does it require a different type of insurance? Etc
The railroad tracks are extremely active but still a good location to be in town.

Pro: you can hop on the train and travel for free
Con: super noisy
