Looking for any guidance or tips that anyone could provide about entering the Charlotte real estate market as a residential property manager.

I've been eagerly trying to enter the Charlotte real estate field. First, going through appraisal training but was unable to connect with a supervisor to train with. I am looking to begin investing in rental properties but wanted to work in the industry to learn as much as I could to learn the process hands on and thought property management would be another possible route.

Again looking for a possible connection with a current residential property management company.
