Hello!

I'm about to buy my first real estate investment out of state and I'm planning to self-manage. I'm realizing quickly I need to build a trusted team in order for me to self-manage. Does anyone in the Memphis area have a really good go-to handyman for the small problems, plumber, and electrician?
