Hi,

I'm new to BP and have just purchased my 1st investment property. It's a 2 story, single family home in Mt. Juliet, TN - about 15 miles east of Nashville, TN. I would like to get a couple of recommendations on reliable, but reasonable, property management firms as I will be traveling and not available at a moments notice for issues that might arise.
