Email communication with tenants

Curious to know how everyone with multiple rentals manage e-mail communications with tenants. Assuming you have each property under it's own separate entity, do you use one global email for all properties and then organize e-mails within your e-mail application by properties, do you use an individual e-mail address per property, or do you use another method?
