Leads for Property Management

Hey Guys!

If you were starting from the ground up and wanted a direct action for client process, How would you do it?

Cold call absentee owners? Call FRBO on Zillow? What scripts would you use?

I want to set aside time each day to prospect, This will be on top of building relationships with brokers/agents for leads, So what would you suggest?
